Mr Warren Fair
General Manager Technical Development
Mr Fair is a qualified mining engineer and joined Brandrill in 1991 as a project engineer. After holding several senior positions within Brandrill and RockTek, he is now General Manager Contracting Operations, responsible for management of the Australian contracting business.
Mr Fair’s previous experience includes various senior roles as Mining Engineer for publicly listed Australian mining companies. |

Mr Jeffrey Branson
General Manager Business Development
Mr Branson holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and has been involved with Brandrill Limited since its inception in 1980. In the 25 years since he has played a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of Brandrill including overseeing its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1993.
Mr Branson is responsible for business development of the Australian contracting business. He has an extensive knowledge of surface and underground mining and specialist rock-breaking industries and has considerable experience negotiating and managing contracts for Brandrill, both in Australia and overseas.
Mr Branson resigned as a director on 16 December 2004 and continues in the role of General Manager Business Development. |

Mr Nigel Rogers
General Manager - Corporate OS&H
Mr Rogers holds Diploma's in OSH, Mining, Drilling, Training & Business and has been involved with Brandrill since 1990. In these 15 years he has held various senior management roles both within Brandrill and its subsidiary company, RockTek.
Mr Rogers is responsible for managing the company's Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Environment and Training department. He has extensive knowledge of surface mining, having been directly involved in the Australian Mining industry for 25 years.

Mr Tony Tamlin
General Manager Operations
Mr Tamlin is a qualified mining engineer and originally joined the company as a shotfirer in 1990. He has completed several significant projects for Brandrill including the Hong Kong Airport Lantau Expressway, Yandi I and II rail spurs, Marandoo mine development, Burrup Peninsula Gas Pipeline duplication and the Westfield Bondi Junction Basement development.
He is currently Operations Manager responsible for the Area C and Windarling mining contracts as well as various civil projects. |

Mr Michael Kostarelas
Manager Business Improvement
Mr Kostarelas holds an Advanced Diploma of Drilling and has extensive experience in all aspects of Drill and Blast having worked in the mining industry for 20 years.
Mr Kostarelas joined Brandrill in 1991 as Goldfields Area Manager. He has held various senior management roles, including Maintenance Manager from 1997-99. He has successfully managed a number of major projects for Brandrill and is currently Manager Surface Operations.

Mr Philip Werrett
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Mr Werrett is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). He was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in November 2004.
Mr Werrett has previously held senior financial executive and company secretarial roles in publicly listed companies and has extensive experience in the areas of engineering, manufacturing and mining exploration. |
